BUSINESS CASE Our customer is an enterprise organization specializing in aged and dementia care, older persons’ rehabilitation and mental health. They have more than one thousand residents for who we developed a comprehensive assessment system where they could enter information about a person’s needs and abilities in different areas. The system allowed the staff of the organization to identify residents with similar needs and place them in the same care place.
